Video Transcript
Hello my name is Ceri Wallace from Kiddie Cooks and on behalf of KidsandCooking.co.uk I'm going to show you how to make fish fingers with your children.

First of all you take the flour and you grate some lemon rind in to it and mix it all together. On a separate plate you have some breadcrumbs, you also have some water, which you put an egg into to whisk the egg round so it becomes a nice mixture and then you have your fish and what you ask to children to do is first of all dip the fish in to the flour and then shake it and then dip it into the egg mixture and shake it again and then roll it in the breadcrumbs and shake it again and place it on a baking tray and then when they've done them all you just drizzle with olive oil and bake it in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes until it's golden and crispy and the fish is cooked through.
